There are endless ways to use ice trays beyond making ice. We've been seeing tons of people use ice trays to simplify the process of making sushi at home. It requires some plastic wrap, but it's such a fun concept that it is definitely worth trying. Once you line the ice tray with plastic wrap, sushi-grade fish and rice are added to the molds. We have yet to find an easier at-home sushi method!
