It's better brûléed.

I'm a grapefruit girl. I went through a phase as a child where I ate grapefruit every single day. While I enjoy the tart flavor of grapefruit, I absolutely love the sweet flavor of Grapefruit Brûlée. For this week's #TrendingTuesday recipe, @alexawhatsfordinner whipped out her torch to brûlée some grapefruit.
