#TrendingTuesday: Giant "Peanut Butter Cup" Rice Cake

(1)

We are nuts 🥜 about this flavor combo.

This week's #TrendingTuesday is dedicated to the ultimate sweet & savory flavor combination: peanut butter and chocolate. There is no marriage of flavors like salty peanut butter with rich chocolate. @Ambitiouskitchen shared a simple snack on TikTok, where a rice cake is lathered with peanut butter, dipped in melted chocolate, garnished with flaky salt, then frozen for a low-carb snack with a bit of protein and healthy fats. Check out our version of the Giant "Peanut Butter Cup" Rice Cake!
Note: If you are allergic to peanut butter, we recommend using granola butter, sunflower butter, or the nut-free alternative of your choice in this recipe and in the recipes featured below.
