ingredients
- 4 tablespoons softened butter
- 1/2 salt
- 1/2 cayenne
- pinch of chili flakes
- 100 grams greek yogurt
- 2 poached eggs
- 1 pita or naan bread
- fresh cilantro
- sprouts
Method
Step 1
Spread the yogurt on a plate
Step 2
Poach two eggs and add on top of your yogurt
Step 3
Melt the butter and mix with the spices
Step 4
Top the eggs with the chili butter
Step 5
Serve with bread of your choice and top with fresh herbs and sprouts
