ingredients

  • 300 grams Israeli couscous
  • 250 grams black olives
  • 200 grams marinated red peppers
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • chopped parsley
  • chopped dill
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Method

  • Step 1

    Chop the red peppers and halve some of the olives.

  • Step 2

    Cook the couscous according to the package instructions

  • Step 3

    Mix everything in a large bowl with the hot couscous

  • Step 4

    Enjoy!
