- 300 grams Israeli couscous
- 250 grams black olives
- 200 grams marinated red peppers
- zest of 1 lemon
- chopped parsley
- chopped dill
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 black pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Method
Step 1
Chop the red peppers and halve some of the olives.
Step 2
Cook the couscous according to the package instructions
Step 3
Mix everything in a large bowl with the hot couscous
Step 4
