Sandwich toppings

  • 4 slices bread
  • 100 grams edamame beans
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons cottage cheese
  • sprinkle of flakey salt
  • 1/2 thinly sliced cucumber

Crispy fried chickpeas

  • 200 drained chickpeas
  • 1/3 salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • sprinkle of chili flakes
  • drizzle of olive oil

Smashed chickpeas

  • 200 grams chickpeas drained
  • 1/3 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/3 teaspoons oregano
  • 1/3 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat your oven to 200°C

  • Step 2

    Boil the edamame in salty water for 5-7 minutes, drain

Crispy fried chickpeas

  • Step 1

    Place the drained and dried chickpeas on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper

  • Step 2

    Sprinkle with the spices and drizzle the oil, toss together

  • Step 3

    Roast for 15 minutes with the fan on

Smashed chickpeas

  • Step 1

    Mix the ingredients in a bowl and smash with a potato masher or a bottom of a glass
