- 100 grams edamame beans
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons cottage cheese
- sprinkle of flakey salt
- 1/2 thinly sliced cucumber

- 200 drained chickpeas
- 1/3 salt
- 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- sprinkle of chili flakes
- drizzle of olive oil

- 200 grams chickpeas drained
- 1/3 teaspoons paprika
- 1/3 teaspoons oregano
- 1/3 teaspoons pepper
- 1 teaspoon olive oil

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C

Boil the edamame in salty water for 5-7 minutes, drain
Crispy fried chickpeas
Step 1
Place the drained and dried chickpeas on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper
Step 2
Sprinkle with the spices and drizzle the oil, toss together
Step 3
Roast for 15 minutes with the fan on

Mix the ingredients in a bowl and smash with a potato masher or a bottom of a glass
