Baileys skillet brownie

ingredients

  • 100 grams butter
  • 50 grams chocolate chips
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 75 grams cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 120 milliliters Baileys
  • 85 grams flour

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat your oven to 160°C

  • Step 2

    Place the butter, cocoa, and sugar in a bowl and place the bowl over a steaming/boiling pot

  • Step 3

    Let it melt until most of the sugar is soft and the rest is liquid, remove from the double boiler

  • Step 4

    Stir in the Baileys and the dry ingredients

  • Step 5

    Add the eggs and mix with a hand mixer until smooth

  • Step 6

    Pour the batter in a small skillet that has been seasoned well or just butter it

  • Step 7

    Place in the oven and cook for 30-35 minutes

  • Step 8

    Remove from the oven and let the brownie sink and take its final form for about 5 minutes

  • Step 9

    Serve with vanilla ice cream and enjoy while still hot!
