Thai Peanut Zucchini Noodles With Edamame & Avocado

"RECIPE:

2 zucchinis and 1 carrot (spiralized)
1 cup shelled edamame
1/2 avocado

For the sauce: 1tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1tsp sesame oil,
1/2 tsp chili paste

Topped with crushed peanuts and sesame seeds!
