- 1 cantaloupe melon
- 6 basil leaves
- 3 rue leaves
- Marigold petals

For the Sauce
- 30 ml fig leaf oil
- 70 ml kefir
Method
Step 1
Tartarize the melon like you see in the video. Plate it up and garnish with all the herbs.
Step 2
To make the sauce, gently mix the oil & kefir with a spoon.
