For the Tartare

  • 1 cantaloupe melon
  • 6 basil leaves
  • 3 rue leaves
  • Marigold petals

For the Sauce

  • 30 ml fig leaf oil
  • 70 ml kefir

Method

  • Step 1

    Tartarize the melon like you see in the video. Plate it up and garnish with all the herbs.

  • Step 2

    To make the sauce, gently mix the oil & kefir with a spoon.
