Mini Falafel Pitas With Tahini Yogurt Sauce
<br><br>RECIPE:<br><br>Made these falafels from a mixture of ground chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, ground cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, lightly pan fried them for extra crunch then popped them in the oven for 15-20 minutes at full blast. Then made a simple tahini yogurt sauce from Greek yogurt, tahini paste, lime juice and minced garlic. A healthier alternative to traditionally deep-fried falafels and perfect for any meal of the day!
