Mexican food is currently my favorite cuisine for its fresh, bold, lively flavors and attitude. Improvised my version of the Mexican dish huevos rancheros for the family last night, without a recipe and jalapeños! Toasted a wholewheat wrap, then topped with a minced beef and beans chilli (braised for about 20 minutes), homemade creamy guacamole, egg and sriracha for added heat!! (So in love with this sauce I shipped over 4 bottles from somewhere in the US HAHA) Crush limes and cilantro all over for a zesty, bright finish. -@cherylishungry
