The star of the show here are the roasted peaches. When the peaches are roasted, it makes them taste that much more sweet. Paired with buttery pound cake, a dollop of yogurt, and caramel sauce – this dessert is something to write home about.

  • 2 large peaches, sliced in half
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 slices store-bought pound cake, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon caramel sauce
  • Flaky salt, to taste

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 375 F and place parchment paper onto a small baking sheet. Toss the peaches, brown sugar, and salt on the baking sheet—Bake skin side up for 25 minutes, or until the skin is lightly charred.

  • Step 2

    Place the pound cake onto a plate and top with the roasted peaches, yogurt, caramel sauce, and flaky salt.
