Calling all gnocchi lovers! Transform these potato pillows into crispy bites of goodness using your air fryer. This easy recipe is a fun and delicious way to enjoy gnocchi.

ingredients

  • 1 cup gnocchi
  • 2 teaspoons red pesto
  • 1 teaspoon rose harissa
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, optional

Method

  • Step 1

    Simply combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl until the gnocchi is well coated.

  • Step 2

    Add parchment paper to an airfryer tray and place the gnocchi inside. Air fry at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes (depending on how crispy you want them). Make sure to turn them half way through.

  • Step 3

    Serve with a dipping sauce and enjoy whilst warm!
