Ingredients 90 gr Quinoa soaked for 4 hours.30gr WaterSpices according to your choice
Toppings: Beets
pepper
cherry tomatoes
kale
blueberries
goat cheese
parmesan cheese
roquefort cheese

oregano and pepper.
Directions:Drain quinoa and mix with water and spices.Grind to a uniform texture (The texture will be a bit liquid).Shape the pizza.Bake for about 10 minutes at 180ºCRemove from the oven, turn the pizza, add the toppings and bake 10-15 minutes
