Method

  • Step 1

    Pat dry scallops with paper towel.

  • Step 2

    Rub your favorite seasoning blend on both sides of scallops.

  • Step 3

    Have skillet on very high heat and add high smoke point oil. Sear scallops for about 2 minutes on each side and enjoy with your favorite sauce.
