"There’s nothing like a drink so tasty it literally has two countries arguing to declare ownership over it. Pisco, is a grape-based spirit similar to brandy, known as both the Peruvian and Chilean National drink. One notable similarity between the two Pisco providers is the grapes used to make it are typically grown in very dry areas of the two countries, causing the vines to produce a lower volume of grapes but create a higher concentration of flavour and aromas.
.
Fun Fact: Pisco can only legally be distilled once and distillers are not allowed to use water to regulate the spirits ABV, so they must distil the it to proof."
