  • 1 teaspoon Jade Leaf Organic Ceremonial Matcha
  • 2 ounces boiling water
  • 3 medium strawberries, halved
  • 1 medium lime, sliced into wheels
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 1/2 ounces strawberry simple syrup
  • 2 ounces white rum
  • 3 ounces club soda

Method

  • Step 1

    In a small pitcher, add matcha and pour in boiling water. Use a frother to whisk for 10–20 seconds, or until smooth and foamy.

  • Step 2

    In a serving glass, combine strawberries, lime wheels, mint leaves, and strawberry syrup. Muddle until the fruit is well broken down and juices are released.

  • Step 3

    Fill the glass with ice. Pour in white rum, club soda, and matcha.

  • Step 4

    Stir gently to combine. Garnish with a strawberry skewer and mint sprig. Serve immediately.
