  • 2 1/2 tablespoons All Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 1/2 litre Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoons Chili Flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoons Oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper Powder (Pisi Kali Mirch)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cups grated Cheese
  • 1 teaspoons Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 8 cloves of chopped Garlic
  • 2 cups par-cooked Farfalle Pasta
  • 1 sliced Zucchini
  • 1 sliced Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 sliced Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 3 sliced Spring Onions
  • 2 sliced Onions
  • 1/4 cups florets Broccoli
  • 1 teaspoons Pasta Masala
  • Salt

Method

  • Step 1

    Start heating 1tsp oil in a pan on medium flame. Turn the flame to low after it gets hot enough.

  • Step 2

    Add 2tbsp butter, all purpose flour, mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Then add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

  • Step 3

    Next, add milk slowly in batches with continuous stirring to avoid making any lumps. Turn the flame back to medium.

  • Step 4

    Cook the sauce with continuous stirring until it starts to thicken. Once it is thick enough, turn the flame to low.

  • Step 5

    Add chili flakes, oregano, black pepper powder, mayonnaise, cheese, sugar, and mix well. Keep cooking it for 2 mins with continuous stirring.

  • Step 6

    You can taste the sauce now and adjust the salt and chilly according to your taste and preference.

  • Step 7

    Your White Sauce is now ready. You can use it with boiled potatoes, noodles and even rice.

  • Step 8

    Start heating oil in a pan on medium flame; once it is enough, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

  • Step 9

    Next, add broccoli and sauté for another 30 seconds. Then, add bell peppers and sauté for 2 minutes.

  • Step 10

    Now, add zucchini and sauté for 2 more minutes. After that add, onions, spring onions, capsicum, and sauté for 2 minutes.

  • Step 11

    Here make sure you save some spring onion greens garnishing later on.

  • Step 12

    Add salt and sauté for another 2 minutes. Then, add pasta and mix well. Sauté them for 5 minutes on low flame but make sure you use light hands so that the paste doesn't break.

  • Step 13

    Now, add the white sauce, butter and mix everything well. Cook it for 7-8 minutes with occasional stirring so that the pasta and the veggies take in the flavors of the sauce. Turn off the flame now.

  • Step 14

    Your White Sauce pasta is now ready. Serve hot and enjoy.
