Base
- 1 cup ground almonds
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup

Filling
- 6 tablespoons vegan dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 3/4 cups coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vegan chilli pesto
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
Method
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 320 F and lightly grease a loose bottom, fluted tart tin. To make the crust, mix together the ground almond, oat flour and cacao powder. Add in your coconut oil and agave, then use your hands to help bring the mixture together.
Step 2
Press this into the base of your tin and around the edges, then pop into the oven for around 12-15 minutes.
Step 3
Whilst the crust is baking and cooling, mix together your filling ingredients until smooth.
Step 4
Pour this into the tart case and place into the fridge for 3 hours or overnight, to allow the filling to set. Garnish with fresh berries and enjoy!
