ingredients
- 270 grams plain flour or 00 flour
- 2 generous tbsp of good quality oil (either olive oil or cold pressed rapeseed oil)
- 125 millileters water
- Pinch of salt
- 1 jar of pesto
- 1 tablespoon vegan cream cheese
Method
Step 1
Mix together flour, water and salt and olive oil. Knead it until smooth.
Step 2
Take a pair of scissors and snip the dough. Cook it in boiling water until tender, will take only a few minutes.
Step 3
Make a quick sauce, with the vegan cream cheese, pesto and pasta water. Stir those ingredients then add the cooked pasta.
