ingredients

  • 2 cups greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries
  • 1/4 cup granola

Method

  • Step 1

    In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, vanilla and syrup.

  • Step 2

    Line a baking tray with parchment paper (make sure you use a tray that will fit flat in your freezer!) and then pour the yogurt mixture onto the baking paper.

  • Step 3

    Using the back of a spoon, smooth the surface but do not push it out too much. Scatter the cut fruit and then the granola bites.

  • Step 4

    Freeze for a minimum of 3-4 hours.

  • Step 5

    Remove from the freezer 2 minutes before either breaking randomly or cutting into bars.
