ingredients
- 2 cups medjool dates, pitted and soaked
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup coconut, shredded
- 2 tablespoons salted caramel vegan protein powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon peanut/almond butter
Method
Step 1
Drain the dates and reserve some water that was used for soaking.
Step 2
Add all of the ingredients into a food processor or high-speed blender along with 2 tablespoons of the water that was used for soaking the dates. Blend the ingredients until a dough-like consistency forms.
Step 3
Using your hands, roll out individual bite sized bliss balls, use approximately 1 heaped tablespoon of the mixture per ball.
Step 4
Coat bliss balls in additional shredded coconut, cocoa powder, shelled hemps seeds, crushed peanuts etc.
Step 5
Store in an airtight container either in the fridge or freezer and enjoy.
