ingredients
- 1 cup sifted All-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup powdered Sugar
- 3 whole fresh eggs
- 1/2 cup hot Milk
- 60 grams Butter
- 1 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
Method
Step 1
In your mixing bowl, beat three whole eggs for at least 5 minutes or until you see enough bubbles. Use an electric beater or a hand whisk for this.
Step 2
Next, add in the caster/powdered sugar and continue to beat till the mixture turns pale in color.
Step 3
Sift and add all-purpose flour and baking powder. Gently fold the flour into the eggs and sugar mixture.
Step 4
Now, melt 60 grams of butter into 1/2 a cup of hot milk and add this mixture to the cake batter.
Step 5
The cake batter is ready and you can transfer this into a lined baking tin and bake it in a moderately hot oven for 30 to 35 minutes at 180 deg C.
