ingredients
- 170 grams Almond meal
- 40 grams Apple sauce
- 180 grams Vegan dark chocolate
- 30 grams Almond butter
- 1 1/3 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Bakind powder
- 100 milliliter Almond milk
- pinch of Salt
- 1 handful of Hazelnuts
- 30 grams Coconut sugar
Method
Step 1
Line a 6x6 inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Step 2
Melt the dark chocolate with almond milk on top of a warm water bath. Then add the apple sauce and almond butter and whisk everything until well combine. In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together and pour the chocolate mixture in it. Whisk everything together until well incorporated.
Step 3
Preheat the oven at 180C/360F. Transfer the dough into the pan and topped with some crushed hazelnuts on top. Bake for about 20-25 minutes. Remove and let cool for an hour before slicing.
