ingredients
- 170 grams Almond meal
- 30 grams Sugar
- 180 grams Vegan dark chocolate melted
- 40 grams Apple sauce
- 30 grams Almond butter
- 100 milliliter Almond milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoo Baking powder
- 1 1/3 teaspoo Baking soda
- 1 Pinch of salt
- 1 Handful Hazelnuts
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
Heat a pot of boiling water and putt a large bowl over with the chocolate and almond milk until melted and smooth. Let cool then add the almond butter and apple sauce. Melt again and set aside.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients together and pour the chocolate mixture and melted everything until well combined.
Step 4
Transfer the brownie batter into your baking pan and cook for about 20-25 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing.
Step 5
Notes : on the first day of baking the fudgy texture will be here, but the next days the it will be like a real brownie texture so if you prefer this texture store it in the fridge and eat it the next day. Otherwise, and that's the best choice, eat it right after baking to enjoy the fudgy side and eat it the next day to get the brownie style, both are amazing trust me !
