ingredients
- 1 cup Ground almonds
- 13 cup Ground almonds
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 180 grams Dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup Apple sauce
- 2 Almond butter
- 1 Almond milk
- 2 tablespoon Almond milk
- 2 teaspoo Baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoo Baking powder
- 1 a pinch of Salt
- 1 a handful of Crushed hazelnuts
Method
Step 1
First, heat the chocolate with the almond milk in a bain-marie until it melts. Then adds the apple sauce and almond butter. Mix everything together. Set aside.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together. Then add the chocolate mixture and mix everything again.
Step 3
Pour the dough in a baking mold cover with parchment paper. Add crushed hazelnuts on top and bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 F. Let cool for an hour before cutting.
