ingredients
- 3 ounces (90 grams) spelt flour
- 1 ounce (30 grams) almond meal
- 1 1/4 ounces (35 grams) sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- a pinch of Kosher salt
- 1 egg
- 2 ounces (55 grams) coconut oil
- 1 1/4 ounces (35 grams) Almond butter
- a handful of cherries
- a handful of chocolate chips
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven at 375°F. Add parchment paper to a baking dish.
Step 2
In a bowl combine all the dry ingredients together. In another bowl all the wet ingredients together, except the cherries and chocolate chips. Combine both mixtures together.
Step 3
Add the chopped cherries and chocolate chips to the dough. Mix everything and transfer to a baking dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing.
