ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1 tablespoons ground flax seeds
  • mini dairy-free chocolate chips

Method

  • Step 1

    preheat oven to 400.

  • Step 2

    in a bowl, mash the banana with a fork.

  • Step 3

    add in the rest of the ingredients, except the chocolate chips, and mix until combined.

  • Step 4

    then fold in chocolate chips.

  • Step 5

    transfer to oven-safe baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.

  • Step 6

    once it was done, i melted chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave and drizzled on top! enjoy!
