White Chocolate Cherry Macadamia Nut Ice Cream
1 cup coconut milk
3/4 cup macadamia nuts, soaked overnight
1/2 cup cocoa butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 cup cherries, slices
In a blender, add macadamia nuts, coconut milk, cocoa butter, maple syrup and vanilla and blend until smooth. Pour into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturers instructions. Stir in cherries and pour into a container. Freeze for 1 hour. Enjoy!
