First run at beef osso buco, pretty damn happy with how it turned out: simmered it with garlic, onions, red wine, carrots, tomatoes and some homemade broth. I placed the osso buco on some puréed celery root and served some roasted sweet potatoes on the side. -@caitlin_allday
