"baked blueberry oatmeal inspired by @sproutedkitchen: Divide and add 1c frozen o blueberries to 3-3inch ramekins. Combine 1c o rolled oats, 1/2tsp each cinnamon and baking powder, pinch of pink salt. Add to ramekins. Blend 1c water, 1handful of almonds, 2tsp chia seeds, 3-4 chopped dates, 1tsp each maple syrup and almond extract. Add to ramekins. Top with extra berries and bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 min. Toast extra oats with almond slivers. Serve with toasted oats, nuts, berries, pom seeds and pear slices. Add extra almond date milk after first few bites as an option."
