  • 2 tablespoon pecans or walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon fennel powder
  • pinch black pepper
  • 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 apple, cored and sliced into thin pieces
  • pinch Himalayan pink salt
  • 4 cups baby spinach, washed and dried
