- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil, (portion 1 tbsp for filling, 1 tbsp for frying the potstickers)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 green onions, finely minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
