  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, finely minced
  • 2 teaspoons green chili, finely minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to tate
