- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced or grated

- 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 1/4 cups frozen green peas
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro or coriander leaf, roughly chopped
