  • 1/2 cup carrot, finely grated
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 green chilis (substitute with jalapeños), minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro or coriander leaf, minced
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice, (or more, to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
  • Himalayan pink salt
