- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (substitute with cayenne pepper)
- 4 cups vegetables, cubed or chopped, about ½-inch in size
- 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon or lime juice, (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro or coriander leaf, chopped (optional)
- 1 small onion or shallot, sliced (optional)
