"I’ve been craving all the berry things lately so just before we left for vacation I cleared out the fridge and made this lemon loaf with a fresh raspberry glaze. It was just begging to be topped off with a pile of pretty red cherries. Half of this cake is waiting for me in the freezer back home and I can’t wait to dig in to another slice. Recipe is adapted from my favorite lemon poppyseed cake and food styling is 💯% inspired by @emmaduckworthbakes’s cherry glazed loaf cake. Back when she was first getting started she featured one of my recipes so I thought it was high time I return the favor. She bakes up the most delicious goodies."
