Bon Appétit's Caramelized Garlic, Spinach, & Cheddar Tart
When this month's issue of @bonappetitmag arrived on my doorstep, I might have drooled just a smidge over the cover photo. Thank goodness it came covered in plastic wrap. Well it's been cold and rainy all day so I decided to cook the cover for dinner to warm us up: a gorgeous Caramelized Garlic, Spinach, and White Cheddar Tart. But I made mine in pie form and threw in some red quinoa for extra protein. And I'm still drooling over it.
