ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (I did crunchy which is why you can see some chunks of peanuts)
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free flour (60 ml) (or regular
  • 1/3-1/2 cup unsweetened cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free flour (60 ml) (or regular Flour!)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup mini chips to put in the batter

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix the wet ingredients together (banana, egg, peanut butter) Add the flour, cacao powder and baking powder and stir until combined.

  • Step 2

    Add your chocolate chips and fold them in. Pour into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper and add the chocolate chunks on top

  • Step 3

    Bake for 30-40 min. I took mine out at 35min. Insert a toothpick to check if it’s done!
