Recipe Description
A crisp, green salad drizzled with a tangy vinaigrette provides a refreshing contrast to the creamy richness of the pasta. For those seeking a heartier pairing, crusty artisanal bread serves as an ideal vehicle for sopping up any remaining sauce. Enhance the meal with a glass of chilled white wine, such as a Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio, whose bright acidity and fruity notes harmonize beautifully with the savory elements. Whether enjoyed as a cozy dinner for two or shared amongst friends and family, this pasta recipe is a memorable centerpiece for any gathering.
