ingredients
- 1 slice Challah, bread
- 1 tablespoon greek yogurt
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 teaspoo lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoo lime zest
- 1 tablepoons lemon juice
- To Taste salt and pepper
- 1 piece of fresh, cucumber
- 1 bowl water and ice
- 1 teasopon everything bagel, seasoning
Method
Step 1
Lightly toast the bread.
Step 2
In a small bowl mix garlic, greek yogurt, lime zest, lime juice, and half of the lemon zest. Add salt and pepper and mix.
Step 3
Peel the cucumber into ribbons and place them in a bowl with ice and water (to make them curly and extra crunchy) for a few minutes.
Step 4
Spread the greek yogurt over the toast, then add lemon zest.
Step 5
Remove the cucumber ribbons from the bowl, gently absorb the liquids with a paper towel, and place them on top of the toast.
Step 6
Season with everything bagel seasoning and serve.
