Recipe Card

ingredients

  • 1 slice Challah, bread
  • 1 tablespoon greek yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 teaspoo lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoo lime zest
  • 1 tablepoons lemon juice
  • To Taste salt and pepper
  • 1 piece of fresh, cucumber
  • 1 bowl water and ice
  • 1 teasopon everything bagel, seasoning

Method

  • Step 1

    Lightly toast the bread.

  • Step 2

    In a small bowl mix garlic, greek yogurt, lime zest, lime juice, and half of the lemon zest. Add salt and pepper and mix.

  • Step 3

    Peel the cucumber into ribbons and place them in a bowl with ice and water (to make them curly and extra crunchy) for a few minutes.

  • Step 4

    Spread the greek yogurt over the toast, then add lemon zest.

  • Step 5

    Remove the cucumber ribbons from the bowl, gently absorb the liquids with a paper towel, and place them on top of the toast.

  • Step 6

    Season with everything bagel seasoning and serve.
