Pesto Zoodles With Roasted Tomatoes And Chicken Pieces
Here is my insta wean team dish for courgette/zuchinni week. zoodles with sweet potoodles. covered in pesto with roasted tomatoes and chicken pieces for the veggie noodles I spiralized them then coated them in a little garlic oil then roasted in the oven til soft and starting to crisp. I then spooned over some pesto and mixed it all with chicken pieces and served.
