ingredients
- 6 lime wedges
- 3 ounces bourbon whiskey
- 6 ounces apple cider
- 1 ounce simple syrup
ingredients
For garnish
- 4-5 sage leaves
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- Dried apple slices
- Cinnamon
Method
Step 1
Make ahead: If you are making your dried apples at home, preheat oven to 225. Slice apple of choice and lay on a baking sheet. If you have an apple corer you could use it to remove middle, but slicing and removing seeds also works. Dust cinnamon on both sides of the apple slices and bake for about 2.5 hours, flipping halfway through. Apples should be firm and a little crispy.
Step 2
Add ice to YETI® 20 oz Rambler Cocktail Shaker. Add 2 lime wedges, whiskey, apple cider and simple syrup to shaker.
Step 3
Shake vigorously. Add ice to 2 YETI® Lowball Glasses. Pour cocktail over top.
Step 4
Add another lime wedge to each one, followed by a dried apple and cinnamon stick for garnish.
