This is a seasonal take on the classic Tom Collins that adds a hot honey pear puree for a delicious autumn twist. With only a few simple ingredients, and the pear puree being so very easy to make ahead, this cocktail is great for batching and bringing on the go.

Hot Honey Mulled Pears

  • 1 medium pear, peeled, cored and cubed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon hot honey
  • 2 tablespoons water

  • 4 ounces gin
  • 4 ounces hot honey mulled pears
  • Club soda or sparkling water
  • Fresh thyme and lemon or limes, for garnish

Method

  • Step 1

    Make the mulled pears by heating pears, honey, water and lemon juice in a skillet or saucepan on low heat. Simmer until pears are softened, stirring often. After about 5-10 min, remove from heat and let cool.

  • Step 2

    Add mulled pears to a YETI® Rambler Cocktail Shaker and muddle. Add in ice cubes and gin. Shake to combine.

  • Step 3

    Add ice to YETI® Rambler Stackable Pints and strain gin mix into each pint. Top with soda water and a squeeze of lemon or lime juice. Enjoy!
