Bok Choy is one of those ingredients that is often unheralded. It has such a unique flavor and texture which is enhanced by using both the white stalk and dark leafy greens in unison. Try it grilled, in soup, raw or even braised and you'll quickly realize why this cabbage cousin is one of our favorite vegetables!
