Matcha And Peppermint Raw Chocolates


1 cup raw cacao butter
1/2 cup raw cacao mass
1/2 cup virgin coconut oil
2-4 tbsp agave syrup
4-6 tbsp raw cacao powder
2tsp bourbon vanilla
pinch of sea salt
1-3 tsp matcha powder
1 tsp peppermint oil

All the quantities of seasoning are to taste. Start by adding small amounts. The taste settles down in the fridge/freezer.

Melt cacao and coconut oil together. Slowly whisk in remaining ingredients and season to taste. Pour into molds and freeze until solid.
