- 1 tablespook sesame seeds
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
Step 1
In a deep pan fry the onion and garlic with 1 tbsp of olive oil. When onion become translucent add the broccoli florets, green peas and red lentils.
Step 2
Fry for one minute all together and add the vegetable broth. Let it simmer for 15-20 minutes in low flame. Once is done, blend it and add the coconut milk, sesame seeds, salt and pepper. You can add some vegetable stock to adjust the consistency.
