ingredients

  • 4 oranges, peeled
  • Juice of 1 freshly squeezed lemon 1 – inch of peeled and grated fresh ginger
  • 4 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • A few sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1 carrot, peeled and grated
  • 250 grams of filtered water

Method

  • Step 1

    Peel and grate the Carrot. Peel the Oranges and put in a food processor, together with the freshly squeezed lemon juice, water, grated ginger, pitted dates, curcuma powder, maple syrup and pulse until smooth. Serve with ice and a few sprigs of fresh rosemary.
