Apple Slices With Homemade Nut Butter, Coconut, Pumpkin Seeds, Cacao Nibs, & Unsweetened Cranberries
RECIPE FOR HOMEMADE ALMOND BUTTER Roast 2 cups of almonds at 250 degrees for 15 min. <br> Pour in food processor for about 8 minutes. It will go from clumpy to a smooth bc the natural oils begin to release. Pulse for another 2 minutes. Once it looks creamy, add in 1 Tbsp chia, 2 Tbsp of flax seeds, 1/4 of a vanilla bean or 1 Tsp of vanilla extract, 1 Tbsp of cinnamon, and optionally, a pinch of chile pepper. <br> For added creaminess, use 1 Tbsp of coconut oil.
